This was pulled up from auto recovery in word. apparently i never got around to posting it... because it was lost and incomplete. Here it is, in all of its broken glory.
I had the most awesome week that anybody could have wished for.
I had taken the week off from work so that I could go up to band camp with my kids. Well, band camp got canceled because of swine flu, so I decided that I wasn’t going to let my time off go to waste. I went up to Flagstaff for a few days! I went to my important classes on Wednesday, missed a few others, and turned in my homework early in classes that I knew I was going to miss on Thursday and Friday.
I got up the hill in a record amount of time and was able to sit and watch some of marching band rehearsal. I must admit, the band looks and sounds good! From there a few of us went to the union to get some food (yay for newbie’s swiping me in for free!) and just having a good time. I drove one of the PM’s to lunch and we just chilled and it was amazing. We all had lunch, then I took Lauren, Laura, And Kristi-Lynn up to snowbowl to see the changing trees and the bit of snow that had fallen on the peaks. When we got there we saw that the snow was much higher on the mountain, but we still thought it was awesome to see. We hung out, hiked, climbed trees and just enjoyed each others company. Once we got back into town the girls had class and interviews to go to so I went to the music building and had a very productive 2 hours in a practice room. Went back to the girls, where I slept in the bed that I’ve been the only one to use, lol.
Thursday was nice and productive! I got up and while the girls were in classes I made the run around to admissions, financial aid, and residence life. All three offices had good news.
My facebook status changed thru the week to: Theresa had an AMAZING with with her sisters and brothers the week! She's so thankful that she has so many people in her life that love her! She's so motivated and excited about moving back to Flagstaff for the spring!
Kristi-Lynn Calvano hey sister, we should totally chillax a lot more! you are super rad and i miss you already! |

I'm in trouble I'm an addict I'm addicted to this girl She's got my heart tied in a knot And my stomach in a whirl But even worse I cant stop calling her She's all I want and more I mean damn, What's not to adore
I've been playing to much guitar I've been listening to jazz I called so many times I swear shes going mad And that cellular-er will be the death of us I swear, I swear
And oh oh oh oh oh oh oh Oooh oooh oooh
I'm running my mouth just like I got her But I surely don't Because shes so-o-o-o-o-o-o Rock and roll! And out of my league Is she out of my league? Lets hope...not
I'm in trouble I'm so cliché See that word just wares me out Makes me feel like just another boy To laugh and joke about But even worse I cant stop calling her I love to hear that voice And honestly, I'm left with no choice
I've been playing to much guitar I...I've been listening to jazz I called so many times I swear she's going mad And that cellular-er will be the death of us I swear, I swear
And oh oh oh oh oh oh oh Oooh oooh oooh

A few kids came to our house selling oragami. Paul asked what they were raising money for. They said themselves. I later asked Paul if I could quit my job to sell oragami door to door. He didn't seem to think it would be a very lucrative career. |
